Viki Johnston
With over 18 years of training experience, and as a self managed Training Consultant, Viki has obtained a holistic understanding of Customer Service and Business Management, and developed a rich competence in reacting to and providing high levels of facilitation and consultancy within a wide range of industries.
Prior to becoming a Business Development Consultant, she was employed by a major international carrier, DHL, who were market leaders of their time. During her 15 years service, she developed knowledge of global corporate affairs along with management skills within both a Customer Service and HR arena. These skills enable her to relate to real time business issues facing people managers of today and tomorrow.
She enjoys travel and currently works in the UK and around Europe. Her passion is learning, and she plays an active role in her children's school, assisting in both school time and social events.
